For cartridges to qualify for payment, they must:
Be OEM, original manufacturer's brand such as HP, Lexmark, Dell, Canon and Sharp only. Please do not send in remanufactured cartridges.
Have a print head.
They cannot be damaged, remanufactured, refilled, or ink tanks (without print head).

Please keep in mind that manufacturers such as HP come out with new type of cartridges each year so, though we may try to keep our list updated, it may not always be complete. If you are unsure about a type of cartridge, send them in anyway. You can also give us a call to inquire about which cartridges.
Value of cartridges?
The value of the cartridges are greatly influenced by the market for these cartridges. And it seems the market is ever-changing especially with new cartridges coming out yearly. We keep our prices highly competitive but we may be forced to make changes on our list occasionally.
Updates and changes?

Though we will try our best to notify you beforehand of any changes, it is possible that changes may occur without prior notice.
